Your property is probably your biggest asset having an electrical inspection carried out on your electrical wiring.
Will give you peace of mind it will reveal if your electrical circuits are overloaded and find potential hazards in your installation, identify defective DIY work highlight any lack of earthing or bonding and carry out instrument tests on the fixed wiring of your house.
The electrical installation report will establish the overall condition of the electrics within your house and state whether it is satisfactory for continued use. Upon completion of the wiring inspection we will issue a NICEIC Periodic inspection certificate detailing our findings of the condition of your wiring.
The inspection normally takes around 4 – 5 hrs dependant on the size of your property.
Cost of the remedial works
Once you have received the inspection report if you would like us to provide you with a written quotation please advise us and we will do this with pleasure.
By having the inspection carried out you are not entering into any contracts and if you do not want to have the remedial works carried if you don’t want to.
