There can be many reasons why your circuit may have a fault.

You would be best to give us a call on 0116 2884000 as we can normally attend your property the same day.

A few basic things for to check for.

Lighting fault

Turn off the lighting circuit check that none of your light bulbs have blown then switch the lighting circuit back on.

Turn on light switches individually as you move around the house and if you come to a switch that when you turn on the lighting circuit goes out again. Then it’s Time to call us.

RCD Socket Circuit fault

Turn of the All the power/sockets circuit fuses at the fuse board Then completely un plug from the wall ALL appliances around the house around the house. Then switch back on all the fuses at the fuse board and one by one plug back in each appliance when you come to the appliance you have just plugged back in if that then makes the circuit fail .That is more than likely the problem that the last appliance you plugged in is faulty.

"Many thanks to all at JSD Electrical Services Ltd who did an excellent job of giving my kitchen and study the facelift it badly needed. Eliot was professional, polite and punctual. He was thorough in every task he did and very clean and tidy too. One of the reasons why I chose JSD Electrical Services Ltd to carry out this work was because I had very good feedback from previous clients of yours and what can I say right again. Well done and thank you - I am over the moon." Jeff Wellbeck, Broughton Astley
